Shipping policy

Shipping Times
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00 pm EST are processed the same day.  Any orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Please Note: Business days are Monday - Friday and do NOT include national holidays or weekends.

Tracking for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping
We ship most orders via UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered.  USPS Standard Shipping orders usually ship in 1 - 2 business days.

We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds or Exchanges
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or exchange.

Framed Art
Your framed art will be processed the same day the order is placed (unless your order is after 2:00 pm). Some of our artwork is extremely heavy, therefore additional shipping charges may apply.  We will contact you if this applies to your order.  Framed art cannot be shipped via any express services and will be delivered through standard ground shipping.
