Refund policy

 

Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact us at info@withthesehandsgallery.com within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.  Upon receipt of the returned goods, we have the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements. 

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment or as a store credit within 5 - 7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve any problems.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
